Role:Strategic Support Staff
Location:New Delhi
Job Responsibilities: The consultant will facilitate assignments related to HR department with the following major responsibilities:
1.Talent Acquisition
• To plan manpower requirements in consultation with Cell Heads and the Directors
• To identify the right channel and close the position(s) as per requirement within the pre-decided timeline
• To complete on boarding and induction as desired

2. Performance Management
• Deciding on the appraisal process, finalization of appraisal forms as per the need
• Coordination of Appraisal process and completion as per the policy
• Compilation of data, analysis, preparation of reports for increment & bonus
• Drafting of letters and communication to the concerned staff members as per requirement

3. Strategic work
• To update ‘pipeline of projects’ on a monthly basis
• To do analysis and prepare data required for EC/BoT meetings
• To help and prepare annual action plan under the guidance of the Executive Director
• To provide the necessary HR related support document for proposal development

4. Employee Engagement
• Design, develop and implement creative ways to engage staff members
• Listen to the concern of staff members and address in the best possible manner

5. Establishment and Coordination
• To prepare agenda for Monthly/Quarterly review meetings
• To plan, arrange logistics and conduct the Annual Retreat meeting
• To help in the proposal development as and when required
• To provide the necessary support for preparation of Annual Report
• Internal communication of any nature to the staff members
• To make the necessary changes in the staff handbook policy
• To ensure the HR systems & processes are being followed in spirit
• To take up any relevant work which is needed under the guidance & supervision of the reporting manager

2. Strong Communication skills (Written and Oral Both)
4. Knowledge of Scientific HR Tools
5. Strong interpersonal Skills
