The broad objective of the study is to evaluate EDI’s cluster development strategy and preparing road map for future. The following roles are being performed by FMC in greater details-
- Documentation of 3 best and 3 sub-par cases.
- Evaluation of qualitative and quantitative contribution (with respect to outputs/outcomes/impact/sustainability).
- Drawing lessons in the following areas-
- Identification of EDI’s strengths and weaknesses in strategy.
- Capability and effectiveness of management system.
- Identification of areas requires improvement and suggestive ways for future.
