This study focused on designing an appropriate cluster development roadmap for MP. For this purpose, it was necessary to understand the usefulness of the existing models and methodologies employed by the governmental and non-governmental agencies in different geographies and draw learning from them. The proposed study designed by Atal Bihari, Vajpayee Institute of Good Governance & Policy Analysis (AIGGPA) was a step towards this. The sub-objectives of the study were:
• Conduct diagnostic study of identified 6 clusters in the state of Madhya Pradesh (MP)
• Develop a step by step process-guide for value chain development.
• Develop a Cluster policy for value chain development which may be implemented by the state government
