Job Responsibilities:
• Project Manager will provide strategic inputs in implementation of the Project and will be responsible for overall Project target.
• He will be responsible for smooth implementation of the project across 8 chosen states along with 10 preferable States.
• To lead the project and monitor the progress along with addressing the critical gaps.
• Work closely with zonal managers/State Trainers who will be responsible for on-ground execution of the project.
• Should actively monitor the trainers hired for every city/districtsfor conducting the trainings successfully.
• Should be able to create local ecosystem for sustained campaign and managing stakeholders, opinion leaders, community influencers who can further motivate and mentor micro enterprises to come forward for the trainings.

Key Requirements
• Overall 5-8 years of experience including 3 years of working experience with Micro Enterprises clusters /Livelihood.
• Understands the key challenges Micro Enterprises are witnessing in technology and digital adoption
• Knowledge for the requirement of content that can help Micro enterprises in adopting digital technologies
• Understanding of the specific state to state requirements of the MSMEs
• Ability to Communicate Effectively with different stakeholders like trainees, subject experts, and local associations
• Provide implementation strategyComfortable in travelling to different states and cities/district for the project coordination
• Track and report project costs and make sure that the project is completed in allotted budgets
• Make sure that all project deliverables satisfy the requirements and that they adhere to the agreed governance framework.
• Knowledge about imparting training on digital & financial tools will be an added advantage.

Qualification: B.Tech or MBA

Remuneration: 6-8 Lacs per annum
