Dr. Sarkar is D. Phil in the Economics of Cluster Development. He has 25 years of experience in industrial development, with special reference to MSME. He has extensive hands on experience of over two decades in cluster development and specializes in cluster development and poverty alleviation, sustainable development and innovation. He has authored a number of policy and methodology documents in the area of cluster and value chain development, poverty alleviation and resource based planning. He is also a pioneer trainer in the area of cluster development. He has over 50 publications in MSME cluster economics.
Mr. Dev is a post graduate in Entrepreneurship Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur and a BE in Mechanical from RGPV, Bhopal. He has an experience of 13.5 years working in steel, power and foundry sector. He has been associated with FMC since 2013 working in the area of sustainable resource utilization, resource efficiency, energy & environment conservation and Lean management in the MSME space. His area of interest is business consultancy, energy conservation and lean management. He is a vivid reader, likes to meet people and make friends.
General Manager (Infrastructure Cell head)
Mr. Sharma is a Post Graduate in Geological sciences and Business Management. He has 25 years of experience in SME Development and worked in reputed organizations like National Institute of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (NIMSME) and APITCO Limited. His areas of expertise include preparation of Techno Economic Viability Studies and Detailed Project Reports for infrastructure projects, SME Profiles, business plans for individual enterprises, implementation of soft and hard interventions in MSME clusters. His international assignments include countries like Qatar, UAE, South Africa, Montenegro, Palestine, related to training on Cluster Development and preparation of DPRs.
General Manager(Policy & Research Cell Head)
Ms. Agasty is a Post Graduate in Management from XIMB and is also a Post Graduate in Economics from SU. She has more than 12 years of experience in MSME Cluster Development with special focus on Project Designing & Implementation, Monitoring & Evaluation, and Policy & Research. She has hands on experience of working in the area of productivity & competitiveness, innovation, BDS development, sustainable production and value chain management. She has worked in many engineering, textiles, leather, food processing and heritage, culture & creative industries including artisan clusters. As an international cluster development expert, she has worked for organisations like UNIDO, UNDP, EU, GIZ, World Bank, ADB, AfDB, DIE, CEMCA, SIDBI & Ecorys in more than 10 countries in Asia, Africa and Europe. She is also a well recognised trainer in MSME cluster development, project management, econometrics, market research & business forecasting methods.
Senior Manager(Livelihood & Technology Innovation Cell Head)
Mr. Lahiri has an experience of 9 years in the area of cluster development with a focus and interest in livelihood promotion among unemployed youth, women and household/micro enterprises. Currently, I am involved with Foundation for MSME Clusters (FMC) as Senior Manager. I have experience of conceptualizing and strategizing implementation of various projects in the area of livelihood promotion and employment generation among rural as well as urban poor. I have also experience of networking with various Government Departments like SFURTI supported scheme of Khadi and Village Industries Commission, Ministry of MSME, SIDBI, multi donor agencies like KFW, GIZ, UNDP, corporate and PSUs like Citi Foundation, ACC, GAIL, Yes Bank, along with incubation of social venture like SUTRA, a marketing company for artisans’ products. I have also been a trainer on the subject of cluster development methodology and remained associated with few publications on cluster development in India.
Senior Manager(Training & Capacity Building and Business Responsibility Cell Head)
Ms. Goel is an MBA and has done her bachelors in Economics. She has more than 7 years’ experience in industrial development, with special reference to MSMEs through cluster development program. She has coordinated and implemented several projects in various thematic areas like energy and environment, occupational health and safety, sustainable production including GRI Reporting, financing, etc. through projects of DST, European Union, GIZ etc. She heads an annual Award event “Award for Responsible Indian BMOs”. Currently she heads training and capacity building cell in FMC.
Mr. Bhattacharya holds degree of Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Post graduate in Bio Science, is associated with the organisation since 2011. He has hands on experience in cluster development in more than 10 SME clusters. He is good at network building among cluster stakeholders, negotiation and liaison with clients, action plan preparation, project implementation, and team management. As a project coordinator he prepared 32 need assessment studies, 3 diagnostic study reports, 1 detailed project report for SME clusters.
Mrs. Seth is a post graduate in Information Technology from Punjab University, Chandigarh. She has 14 years of experience in IT Enabled Services with specialization in IT training and Communication mechanisms. She has worked extensively on web based branding and communication technologies creating outreach for the organization. Being an expert in creating online systems she has designed Management Information Systems (MIS) and also written Process manuals.
Ms. Nayak is M.Phil in Economics from Berhampur University, Odisha. She has more than 10 years’ of experience in Micro Enterprise Development, MSME and Artisan Cluster Development, Entrepreneurship Development, Skill Development & Assessments. She pioneered in promoting and the establishment of commodity based Clusters, which are owned and run by Tribal SHGs in Koraput District of Odisha. She also experienced in value chain analysis for most of the upcoming cluster development initiatives by APITCO in the state of Odisha.
Ms. Jain has done MBA in Rural Management from Amity University, Noida. During her tenure in FMC she has worked and managed on various projects related to trainings and capacity building of BMOs and has also been involved in the implementation of projects of European Union, SIDBI, Reliance Commercial Finance, etc. She also has a field level exposure in data collection and has coordinated many national and international events and training programmes. She has also written articles for MSME website initiated by Reliance Commercial Finance.
Mr. Ram is Graduate in Political Science from Kurukshetra University. He has done Certificate course in Computers and had involved with different exports units in Panipat and Haryana. His key skills are in the area of Human research and production of handlooms sectors.
Mr. Ashok holds MBA in Energy Management from University of Calcutta. He is having 6 years of Experience in Energy Audit & Power Quality Audit in Industries & commercial Buildings, He was completed more than 200 Nos of Energy Audit both in Industry & Commercial Buildings. He is involved in Energy and Environment related projects. He is also managing solar projects & lean implementation in different clusters.
Mr. Singh is a post graduate in Operation/marketing from IMI Bhubaneswar and B.Tech in mechanical engineering from Lucknow University. He has 6 years of experience in manufacturing and in the project. He will be looking lean manufacturing and other work related to Energy and environment cell.
Ms. Sanwal is a postgraduate in Sustainable Development Practices from The Energy and Research Institute (TERI). During her tenure in FMC she has worked on various thematic areas including Innovation, Sustainable Production and Sustainable Financing with Projects of the Department of Science and Technology, the European Union and SIDBI. She has field level exposure in data collection, and has a natural flavour in data analysis and inference drawing. She also wrote an article on MSME financing for an MSME Website by Reliance Commercial Finance.
Ms. Renuka has four years of experience in finance & accounts. She holds a Post Graduation in Finance from SMU, New Delhi and Graduate in Commerce from Vivekananda College, Delhi University. Previously she was working with Lokhit Bharti Credit Co-operative Society Ltd., New Delhi as a Executive Accounts, during the job she mainly involved in Cash management, Bank reconciliation, Inter-Branch Reconciliation, maintain & update the Receipts & Payments using the Tally ERP 9.0, generate & maintain the Business Reports etc. and prior Emerge Realtors Pvt Ltd., New Delhi as a Accounts & Admin Executive, during the tenure she maintain, update all the Company’s daily expenditure, salary sheet, sale and purchase and all the administrative work of the company. Currently, she is working in the finance division of the FMC and involved in strengthening the existing Financial Products, Cash Management etc. under various project clients like European Union, SAARC, YES Bank etc.
Mr. Bhalla is a post graduate in Information Technology from SMU, New Delhi. He has 10 years of experience in IT Enabled Services with specialization in website designing, compile and design the promotional material, proficient in social media/ email/ broadcasting marketing techniques, interactive visual presentations, Internet / Web Tools, Database management, MIS (Management Information System) mechanisms by established skills in both technology and administration. He has worked extensively on offline & online (web) based technologies creating outreach for the organization.
Ms. Pratikshya is a postgraduate in Public Policy and Government from Jindal School of Government and Public Policy. She holds a Bachelors degree in Mathematics and has worked as Teaching Assistant at JSGP, O.P. Jindal Global University. She has interned at Centre for Budget and Policy Studies and has worked on state budgets and government schemes. As a part of her MA Program, she was involved in many research projects, development Plans and related field activities. She finds her interest in development sector. Currently she is working with the Policy and Research Cell.
Mr. Kumar hold B Tech Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from UPTU & Diploma in Electrical engineering from BTE UP. I have an experience of 2 years in the field of Energy Audit & power quality audit. I am involve in Energy & environment division in FMC.
Mr. Singh is a Mechanical Engineer from Gateway Institute of Engineering and Technology and is currently involved in the “Scaling up sustainable development of MSME Clusters in India” funded by European Union.
Mr.Kumar is a 12th pass and working in FMC as Driver cum Office Attendant.
